Service Description
• A designated, decorated party room with tables and chairs. • Choose a package for either 12 or 20 children, with pricing displayed on the checkout page. • The party package includes entry for the selected number of party children (including birthday child). • Additional children are welcome at an extra cost per child. • Cordial, water, plates, cups and napkins are included in the party package. Please Note: • Food and cake are not included; however, you are welcome to bring your own food and birthday cake into the venue at no additional charge. • Alternative decorations may also be brought into the venue. • Platters, serving bowls and cutlery are not supplied. • All hot food must be fully cooked before arriving and brought in foil trays. Our team can place the trays in the warmer to keep the food hot.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel a booking, with at least 7 days' notice a full refund of deposit paid less 10% for administrative purposes will be issued. In the event that you need to cancel a booking, within the last 7 days before the booking, a refund of 10% of the deposit will be issued or you can reschedule the party to another available date free of charge.
